Our contribution to Haneda

Our contribution to Haneda

With expansion project of Haneda Airport, we extended our Hydrant System, constructed additional fuel storage tanks and a new jetty to meet the much increased demand of fuel operation.

Expansion Project of Haneda Airport

In October 2010, new International Terminal and Runway (D runway) were opened in Haneda Airport. Following the opening of D runway, which makes the fourth runway in the airport, landing slots have dramatically been expanded from 303,000 times to 447,000 times in a year, and, within this increased slots of 144,000 times, 90,000 slots have been planned to be allocated to international flights. Opening of regular international flights has made Haneda take the initial step toward international hub-airport for 24-hour operation.

Hydrant System Expansion Project in International Apron Area

In corresponding to the increased landing slots, we extended our hydrant system to international apron area. We also constructed 2 additional fuel storage tanks and a new jetty that enabled large-scale oil tankers to arrive.

We will continue to commit to the safe and accurate operation in hydrant system and into-plane fuel service.
